1-2-1 zoom personal training allows us to still to have face to face contact as in a regular personal training sessions, whilst conforming to current government guidelines during the global pandemic.

My 'Thirty 4 U' class offers you the ability to connect with others in an online environment.
It provides cardiovascular and strength exercises with modifications and progressions available that will tone and strengthen the body and help you lose weight.

You do not require any equipment for any of my personal training or fitness class packages.
If you do have equipment that you want to use please let me now as I can tailor your online training programme to include this.
