With Zoom sessions, as I will always be able to see you during your workout, I will be able to check that your form is correct subsequently ensuring that you make maximum progression during each session.

You don’t need to go out of your way to travel anywhere and can do the workout in the comfort of your own home.

30 MINUTE SESSIONS

All my 1-2-1 Zoom personal training sessions are highly effective workouts designed with only your goal in mind. As I can see you during the workout I will be able to ensure that correct form is maintained subsequently progress will increase.
