WHAT I CAN DO FOR YOU!

I offer great value personal training programmes that motivate busy women to become strong and lose weight so they feel confident and self-assured regardless of age.

Many of my clients are business owners, board members and public figures who have busy days but enjoy training in order to help not just their physical health, but also their mental health. They have high stress jobs and want to get stronger, feel more confident, get more toned and feel more educated out of the office.

Subsequently the training I provide is low impact, short and extremely effective. I also provide education tips as to why the training I give them works and how their training works. This is because the women whom I train always want to learn more.

Losing weight and getting healthier doesn’t need to be complicated. Everyone can make simple changes to their lifestyle in order to achieve this. It doesn’t have to be a big thing.

You just need to slowly adjust your habits and eventually it will become a routine part of your day and one that you won’t want to ever miss!

You just need the motivation to do this which I am great at providing. As a busy business owner myself I know what it is like to get carried away with the business and or other aspects of life and how important it is to step away from that and workout. It is about changing your mindset to know that you have the time.

My Qualifications

I am a Level 3 Exercise Referred Personal Trainer which allows me to focus on anyone who has additional difficulties that require special attention or has a medical condition. Along with being qualified with Level 4 Specialist in Obesity and Diabetes and a qualification in Level 3 Pre and Post Natal means I can support anyone who feels that they need some extra guidance and attention with these conditions as well.

I’ve been a Professional Exercise Instructor since 2011 and a Personal Trainer since 2013. I graduated from Loughborough University with a BSc Hons in Biomedical Sciences and a PGCE. Being a Science Teacher for eight years helped me to really assist people of different abilities and to make progress with what they wanted and needed to achieve.

My Story

Drew Gatherer - Personal Training for women in London

When I was a teacher, I unfortunately suffered a lot with illness which let me to having several brain operations which left me close to death and with epilepsy. I had to make some life changing decisions, of which one of those led to me applying my teaching skills to becoming a Personal Trainer. That leap of faith in my ability has led me to this point of my career and has helped inspire others to achieve their fitness goals. Thankfully my epilepsy is now under control and all the brain conditions that I have had are being managed. Experiences like these leave you with a strength, both emotionally and physically and has motivated me to encourage more and more people to be healthier, take responsibility for their health and wellness but to most importantly, have fun with their fitness.

Well that’s certainly true in my world. Everyone in our community always finds the way to achieve their goals because its what winners do.
