Hi, my name is Drew Gatherer and I’ve been a group exercise instructor for almost 10 years and have been helping people achieve great results. 

My daily online class “Thirty 4 U” is a high intensity interval training (HIIT) session that delivers results fast. There are modifications available too if you don’t feel like you’re quite there yet as well as progressions for the really advanced.

In fact one of the class demonstrators who mainly does the modifications has made the most progress with their fat loss!
