My ‘Thirty 4 U’ class offers you the ability to connect with others in an online environment. It provides cardiovascular and strength exercises with modifications and progressions available that will tone and strengthen the body and help you lose weight.

WHY THIRTY 4 U WILL WORK FOR YOU!

Thirty 4 U provides the accountability and personalised encouragement of an exercise class that is run at the same time each day. It will help you to establish a routine and maintain consistency with your training.

Thirty 4 U involves a variety of high intensity workouts that specifically target fat as a primary energy resource. With minimum recoveries, this effect is increased.

Having long periods of intense training followed by short recoveries is the ideal environment for providing fast fat loss results. In every session we provide both a modification and progression of the original exercise. This is to accommodate all fitness levels.

Once you see results, it becomes an addiction!

MEET JACYNTA

We are a husband and wife fitness team who met at the gym and we are now working together to help make you feel strong and fitter.

We started this class to help others get fit, have purpose and accountability during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Having both of us involved in this class means that you can always see the exercises being performed, there is always a demonstration of the original exercise, a modification and a progression. You will also always have the extra advice and support on how to maintain the perfect form.

We have a great Thirty 4 U community behind us and are always excited to have new members join us

All of my Thirty 4 U classes are highly effective workouts designed to burn fat and tone up in just a short amount of time.
Mondays to Saturdays at 9AM

You do not require any equipment for any of my personal training or fitness class packages.
If you do have equipment that you want to use please let me now as I can tailor your online training programme to include this.

I didn't have any reservations to training from home everyday. I was, and still am, so excited to be able to exercise from home every morning. It's been a good experience and continues to be so. Drew is so knowledgeable and manages to make the class varied and inspiring. I'm more toned,have lost weight and also feel fitter and healthier. I feel that my immune system is stronger too. Being challenged and pushed to achieve better results and improve further is important. The social aspect of the class is really nice too despite the fact that we are in different locations.
